Mental Health Writing Group

A supportive space to explore mental health through writing and reflection. This group uses creative and expressive writing as a way to process experiences, deepen self-understanding, and connect with others in a thoughtful, nonjudgmental environment. No writing experience required.

Mindfulness Group

A guided group focused on building mindfulness practices for everyday life. Together, we explore grounding, awareness, and nervous system regulation through simple, accessible exercises designed to support presence, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.
